3. What is the admission criteria for your program?
It is necessary to have a diagnosis of traumatic brain injury or acquired brain injury (i.e. stroke/meningitis/encephalitis).

4. Is Home and Community Rehabilitation the same as Home Health?
No, Home and Community Rehabilitation is a functional approach to improve overall independence in the home and community versus Home Health which is managing the participant’s health in the home. 

5. What is the typical care plan like?
Home and Community Rehabilitation often includes speech, occupational, physical, recreational therapy, life-skills navigators, and case management.

6. Do you accept Insurance? Are you a Medicare Provider? Do you accept Workers Comp?
NeuroPraxis accepts Workers Compensation and private insurances with pre-qualifications. We are not currently a Medicare provider. 

7. What areas do you serve?
NeuroPraxis provides services throughout the southern California area.
